4.2 “Despite paying an additional €50 on arrival for cleaning services we did not see a cleaner all week. When we queried this we were told many of the apartments are privately owned as is this so do your own cleaning. The caretaker advised there is no reception so as well as other difficulties we had so search in the heat for somewhere to print our boarding cards and make general enquiries. Arriving and getting the key was restricted time wise.”
